Leveraging comprehensive information on nearly 4,000 schools, as well as EMSI’s labor market data, students are given powerful tools to match with best fit schools and careers. The College Fair is refactored using our proprietary student engagement platform as a set of building blocks. This allowed us to rapidly bring major renovations to the app to market. Concentrical developed an integrated chatbot, KAI, that provides quick answers and support as students move through the career and college discovery process. KAI would become a part of the Concentrical platform to be integrated into future products. On the backend, schools were able to customize their online presence. Using the Concentrical platform’s multi-channel communication capabilities, schools were able to engage with students who have shown interest in their programs.
There was a need for an appealing and more approachable way to introduce users to different kind of schools, majors and scholarships. By having all the necessary information, users would be able to research and prioritize colleges that suit them.
The app is aimed to help users learn more about majors, admissions chance, cost of attendance, financial aid trends, average test scores, to search and compare favorite options & plans, seek guidance & support of a virtual assistant and much more.
